All merchandise is guaranteed for 25 DAYS from original date of purchase.
Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty .
We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 25 day warranty period.
Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
A 15% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if a Company Credit is requested (Sorry No Cash Refunds).
The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate "return shipping address".
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
You will receive an email from our returns department informing you of your company credit after it has been applied to your account.
No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid.
IMPORTANT: All returns must email us for Return Authorization process.
Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender.
RA numbers are valid for 5 days.
Clothing
All Clothing must be properly packed to avoid wrinkles to the Clothing and or any damage that can occur on route to our warehouse. Fold items neatly to avoid wrinkling the Clothing. Use an appropriate sized box to ship back your order. All hang tags must be attached to the Clothing. If the hang tag is removed or not included with the product there will a restocking fee of 20% applied to your return. If the item you are returning has removable armor and has been removed, please place the armor back in the correct place on the Clothing or you will be charged a restocking fee. Do not include the armor within the package contents. All armor must be returned with the Clothing. If customer, wait more than 3 business days to return merchandise, will be charge 20% restocking fee.
Return Shipping Address:(Please Note: We do use other return address for some of our Clothing products, make sure you have email for RA #, before sending any merchandise back to us or we will not accept it).
From time to time there may be information at the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, you may return it with your invoice by mail. Please see our return policy.
