Do Terrells Charge a restocking fee ?
All clothing must be properly packed to avoid wrinkles to the product and or any damage that can occur on route to our warehouse. Fold items neatly to avoid wrinkling the clothing. Use an appropriate sized box to ship back your order. All hang tags must be attached to the clothing. If the hang tag is removed or not included with the product there will 15% restocking fee applied to your return. Customers have 3 business days to return merchandise after we have email RA #. If we don’t receive merchandise in our warehouse within 5 business days, we will charge 20% restocking fee.

How Do I Return Merchandise ?
1) Please obtain a Return Authorization number from a customer service representative by email @ Sales@terrellsretail.com. Returns will not be accepted without a RA# printed on the outside of the box.
2) All returned merchandise must be returned freight prepaid.
3) All returns are for credit against future purchases only.
4) All returned merchandise must be on the original hanger, poly-bagged and not marked or ticketed in any way. Credit will not be given on marked or store hung merchandise.

Are your products new or reconditioned?
A: 95% of our products are new. If something is reconditioned, there will be an (R) to the right of the model number. Our ninety day warranty will apply.

What is the quantity available for a product?
We stock various quantities of merchandise, however we deal in fast moving merchandise, so quantities change daily. We sometime can't get to products, to remove from site. If customer order and we have sold out of and product. we will refund money and your credit want be charge.

What are 'Factory Renewed' products?
A product is labeled 'Factory renewed' for any number of reasons:
Open Box: Items cannot be sold as new if product packing is removed without a purchase.
Returns: Consumers can return products for any reason. Perhaps the consumer didn't like the product or had difficulty getting the item to work. Whether it's the very next day or months later, these items must be identified as 'reconditioned' or 'refurbished' to be resold.
Scratch and Dents: Some items are returned with visible wear and tear. Terrells Products makes every effort to ensure that our reconditioned merchandise does not include 'Scratch and Dents.'

How are products renewed?
Every renewed product must pass a thorough examination. After repairing any defect and sanitizing, the product is repackaged. This service may be performed by the original manufacturer, a reputable professional outside firm or right here at Terrells Products. All products are returned to like-new or almost new condition.

How do I identify 'Factory Renewed' products?
The products will also contain (R) in the model number (i.e. SON123(R)).

Will 'Factory Renewed' products come in different packaging?
By law, product packaging must state if an item is factory renewed. Packaging and terminology may differ from the original. Some items will arrive in a regular retail box with a sticker indicating that it's reconditioned, refurbished, or factory serviced. Some items are repackaged in a plain brown or white box. Enclosed manuals may refer to accessories (camera cases, straps, etc.) that are not included with the reconditioned product. Be sure read over the product information page for a list of included accessories.

All Sales Should be Considered Final. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
If you have not opened the item, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days, no questions asked. We do not take back opened product.
You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition. The product must be unregistered, and returned with everything that shipped with the product. If it is a Retail Box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally. Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused.

Our shopping cart only set up for one of each item. If customer want to order more than one product. Customers, can just order the items and we will refund any money due after we ship the products to them. RETURNS (RMA) QUESTIONS
Get RMA#(Return Merchandise Authorization). It will then list all the orders that are eligible for an RMA. (Within 10 days of purchase) Just click on the order that you purchased, the item on and follow the instructions from there.
Is Shipping on Returns Refundable?
Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Is it mandatory to have an RMA number in order to return a product to Terrells Retail ?
Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the applicable Return Policy period. Terrells Retail will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 10 days. Terrells Retail must receive the returned products within this timeframe. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
Why are Re-Stocking fees applied? What is the Re-Stocking fee?
We charge 20% Re-Stocking on all Non-Defective Returns.
Can I Pick-Up Product at your store that I purchased Online ?
All Internet Orders are processed at our Distribution Center. All orders are PICKED and SHIPPED Automatically. Orders cannot be picked up once placed on the website.

NO RETURNS on Software - NO RETURNS after 10 days.
* Customer may return defective product for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges.
* Return shipping to Terrells Retail is at customer's expense.
* Terrells Retail will charge a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective returns.
* NO returns of any type will be accepted without a RMA number.
* Customer's RMA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping label on the outside of the return shipment. Customer shall not mark the box itself in any other way.
* Packages that do not have the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused.
* To obtain an RMA number, submit your request on-line by email @ Sales@terrellsretail.com .
* After 10 days from purchase, Terrells Retail will not issue an RMA and will refer Customer to the manufacturer for warranty service, if any.
* All products for return must be received at Terrells Retail within 10 days from the date of RMA number issuance. RMAs expire in 10 days after they are issued and cannot be extended or re-issued.
* All Returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, registration card(s), software, blank warranty cards, cabling and other accessories and documentation if included. Terrells Retail reserves the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
* Replacement items will be shipped after the defective item is received and inspected by Terrells Retail Returns Department.
* Terrells Retail is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All authorized returns must include a shipment tracking number.
* Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items.
* Terrells Retail strongly recommends that Customer fully insure the return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and use a carrier that can provide it with proof of delivery for Customer's protection.
* Terrells Retail reserves the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet the above requirements.
WARRANTY: MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY issues should be directed to the Manufacturer.
After 10 Days: Defective merchandise should be returned for repair to the manufacturer or any authorized service center in Customer's area. Additional manufacturers may be added to this list as manufacturer policies change.
Damaged Shipment: Customer should make sure that the damaged package it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Terrells Retail to file a damage claim. Customer shall save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Terrells Retail immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise. If Customer does not notify Terrells Retail of damaged goods within the first 3 days of arrival, Terrells Retail regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.
Accuracy of Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during check-out. If you fail to provide an accurate shipping address, we have the right to charge you for any additional shipping and handling fees that we incur. If the Order came back as Undeliverable through Shipping Carrier, we will only refund the Item Price without shipping and handling fees.

Ordering More Than One product?
If your are ordering more than one product, our shopping cart is set up for one each of and item. When you place more than one item in shopping cart you will be charge that shipping also. What we do is refund all money owe to customers once the products have been ship and we know what the total cost.
Customers can also, get the name of products and item # and we will send a invoice with the shipping of the total order. All customers have to do is pay with credit card.

Watches Return Policy
Sales@terrellsretail.comffers a 30-day, money back guarantee. Please follow the steps below to ensure your return is processed correctly.
1.All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number.
2.Return the watch in the original box with all original packing material, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and any other materials that came with the watch.
3.You must pay for all shipping costs. Collect shipping will be refused. For your own protection, you may wish to insure the watch you are returning. If you choose not to insure the package - all liability is yours.
4.If you think you may want to return your watch, do not wear it. Do not have any of the bracelet links removed for sizing. Sized bracelets are not accepted for return. If your returned watch shows signs of being worn, we will be unable to refund your money, as we do not sell used watches.
5.A one time restocking fee of $5.00 will be charged for all returns to cover expenses. There is a $5.00 fee for each additional item on the same return. Please note this does not apply in a defective merchandise situation that is within the 30 day guarantee period.
6.Special orders are not returnable.
1.A watch can only be exchanged for the exact same watch. The $5.00 restocking fee is not charged for exchanges.
2.Enclose the original order number and reason for exchange inside the return carton.
We cannot refund your original shipping charges.
All Terrells Retail products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Please consult the paperwork that came with your order as to the steps you need to take to make contact with the manufacturer of the watch for further information after 30 days from receipt of watch.

All neon signs must be shipped with some form of UPS shipping in order to be eligible for damage claims. Also, any damaged neons must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving to be eligible for the UPS claim. No exceptions.
